Our Prince’s Trust Executives engage and build quality relationships with young people, volunteers and partners. They are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making the right decision for young people.

They work as part of a team in a geographical area within a region/country and meet annual targets to ‘connect’, ‘progress’ and help ‘transform’ the lives of young people who need us most.

We help young people in the UK, covering England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, delivering programmes and services from our network of offices and centres.

As a Prince's Trust Executive, you will be directly and indirectly through partners, supporting young people to:

  • Engage in positive opportunities – creating learning sessions.
  • Develop skills for life – confidence, communication, teamwork.
  • Set and achieve their goals
  • Gain qualifications
  • Move into positive destinations – employment, education, diversionary activities or further development opportunities

Jayden took part in our Get Into programme to build his confidence as well as on-the-job skills and landed himself a job at The Savoy as a commis chef!

Milly Rose

After completing our Enterprise programme, Milly Rose was able to launch an entertainment-based business called Fantastic Faces. She now creates canvases and socially engaged arts projects across the UK, alongside providing face painting for parties, events and festivals!
