Health and Social Care
Across social care and the NHS (one of the largest employers in Europe), there is currently a staffing crisis with thousands of vacancies across hundreds of roles. In this role, you have the power to make a difference in this crucial time.
Our Health and Social Care programme supports young people, from a variety of backgrounds, into long-term careers in the Health and Social Care sector. We partner with local NHS Trusts and Healthcare Providers across the country!
Enterprise
Delivering our Explore Enterprise Course ensures young people aged 18 to 30 living in the UK have the tools and skills they need to launch their businesses. We offer mentoring, workshops, and funding to support new entrepreneurs at every stage of their business start-up journey!

Employability

We offer free training and advice to help young people increase their chances of obtaining a job offer! These tailored programmes support young people gain the confidence and skills they need to get into work and continue to support them in the first few weeks of their new role.
Get Into programme - We give young people 'on the job training' opportunities in retail, hospitality, customer service, construction, marketing and many more so that they can gain experience in an area of interest/choice. You will help with their CV and interview techniques and provide mentor support post-programme and young people may find themselves with a job offer at the end of their course!
Get Hired programme - One day recruitment events where employers attend and are ready to hire young people. The young people will have been screen by the Prince’s Trust beforehand. You help young people with free online and in-person recruitment events for entry-level roles.
Development Awards programme - We cover the cost of course fees, tools, equipment, sim cards, travel cards, clothing for work and interviews to help young people achieve their goals.
Delivery, Partnerships & Volunteering

We support partners and mentors that deliver personal development programmes. This includes evaluating their progress on supporting young people to fulfil their potential in education, extra qualifications and more.
Mosaic programme - Mosaic connects secondary school pupils with inspirational mentors from a variety of backgrounds and professions. The programme supports young people to build their confidence and develop skills such as communication, teamwork and career planning.
Team programme - Support unemployed young people on a 12-week personal development programme, to gain new skills, take a qualification and meet other young people.
Achieve programme - Instill healthy education habits into young people by improving attainment, attendance, personal and social skills, engagement and education.
Engagement

Explore programme - Our Explore programme offers young people a mix of fun group activities and one-to-one support to develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the future! They’ll get the chance to do outdoor adventurous activities, as well as take part in a residential trip.
Get Started programme - Covering everything from music to fashion – Get Started will give young people a taste of fun activities. We give 16-25 year olds out of work, education and training, the chance to take part in a week of activities with help from inspirational experts. Working with partners such as ASOS and Sony, they will work towards a group challenge while developing your skills and confidence.
