Salary: £24,350 - £26,000 (London) / £20,300 - £23,000 (National)

We're recruiting for a Corporate Partnerships Executive within the Retail, Hospitality and Built Environment team to work with our growing number of Kickstart Scheme partners.


In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of partnerships, providing gold standard stewardship to the employers who have chosen The Trust as their Kickstart partner. Alongside providing high quality stewardship, you will build relationships to raise funds and retain partnerships beyond the life of the Kickstart Scheme. You’ll also work closely with the internal Kickstart project team members, providing efficient administration support to ensure our targets are met.


Key priorities for the team for the coming year include: youth employment opportunities such as Kickstart and Get into; partner employee engagement to raise unrestricted funds and encourage volunteering; and commercial activations to drive awareness of the Trust and raise funds.


To be successful in this role you will need to be organised and resilient, a strong communicator, and willing to think ambitiously and creatively to develop lasting mutually-beneficial partnerships.
