What will you be doing?

You will directly support our front-line work by providing structure and support to colleagues, volunteers, and young people. You will do this through the excellent administration of processes and procedures needed for the smooth running of our programmes and activities. By providing great service and support, for example in helping match young people to suitable mentors, you will play a key role in delivering the best access, experience, and outcomes for every young person we serve.  

As well as having strong communication and administrative skills, you will have experience in using IT databases and report production. You will have great customer service skills and be able to build strong relationships.

This role is relatively flexible depending on the needs of the organisation, and could be remote or based in a hub/Prince’s Trust office – each opportunity will have particular details on what is expected.
