What will you be doing?

As a mentor and coach to a Prince’s Trust colleague, this role involves providing direction, advice and guidance to help them grow their skills and confidence both in their role and in support of their personal goals. You will also agree and follow up action plans with them.  As a Colleague Mentor volunteer, you will help individuals be capable of doing the best work of their lives and help The Trust overall.  

You will have business organisation and/or professional experience and be able to build great relationships with our colleagues, offering positive encouragement and constructive feedback.

This role can be based remotely and will be based on the individual needs of the colleague/s. Each opportunity will have details of the requirements.
