What You'll Do:
- Guide and inspire young individuals on their journey to success.
- Share your knowledge, experience, and unwavering support.
- Boost their confidence and motivation for education, training, work, or their dream job.
- Conduct 1-2-1 mentoring sessions at our centres, online, or public locations convenient for you and your mentee.
Your Role:
Mentoring at The Prince's Trust is about giving young people the tools to take charge of their path. We're seeking someone with a strong grasp of employability fundamentals, ready to provide guidance on CV writing, job searching, and interview preparation. Your active support between sessions, including reviewing documents, email responses, and resource recommendations, is a game-changer. It is essential that you are a great communicator, creative thinker, flexible, and non-judgmental.
