This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished delivery manager to join The Prince’s Trust, leading the work of our Digital team.

What you will do:

  • Plan, manage and assume overall accountability for the delivery and ongoing optimisation of digital solutions for Young People including both continuous improvement and major change initiatives
  • Work with senior colleagues in Technology and across the organisation to facilitate the solution design process to ensure that project requests can be effectively scoped, budgeted and signed off
  • Take a hands-on role in leading the full delivery lifecycle; leading and demonstrating through actions and coaching what good practice looks like.


What we need from you:

  • Excellent project delivery skills, with experience of delivery within hybrid waterfall and agile environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of the technical development process and good practice, including an understanding of the importance of security, data protection, accessibility and safeguarding requirements
  • Significant experience of managing a development team working on bespoke development and off the shelf products for online learning and online content repositories
  • Strong collaborative and consultative approach working alongside a multidisciplinary digital team, including Product Managers, Business Analysts, Designers, Developers and Testers, as well as other specialist roles and functions across the organisation.
