To help us on this journey we are looking for passionate and motivated individual to lead one of our dynamic teams to work with young people on the delivery of face to face programmes.


We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager for maternity Cover in our London region, located in either our East London or South London Centres as required.


As part of the Leadership Team the Service Delivery Managers are responsible for overseeing the delivery of our programmes. Working collaboratively to develop and implement our delivery plan and ensure we meet targets. As a Service Delivery Manager, you must lead the effective service delivery of your team, ensuring that every young person engaged progresses with an appropriate pathway of learning and development and one to one support. You will be a role model for your team, demonstrating best practice in how we work with young people in a safe way to ensure we deliver maximum value for young people and partners. You will also be the primary point of contact for London, developing a strong network of referral and delivery partners to ensure a high quality provision.


To be successful in the role of Service Delivery Manager, you will be able to engage in challenges with optimism and resilience and be adaptive and flexible – embracing change and innovation. Due to the pandemic and ways of working you must be comfortable both working virtually and communicating on virtual platforms, however due to the face to face nature of our work we expect Service Delivery staff to work from our centres atleast 3 times a week.
