Our Public Sector Partnerships team are looking for someone who’s an influential networker and enthusiastic to become the new Public Sector Partnerships Manager for London & South East England!

 

In this key role, you will proactively cultivate and manage a programme of regular liaison with local and regional public sector funders and partners through meetings and briefings in order to provide The Trust with intelligence leading to new income and partnership opportunities. You'll also prepare, develop and co-ordinate applications for grants and other public sector funding opportunities, as well as identifying new and existing national, regional and local funding sources of public sector income and build active partnerships with key public and voluntary sector agencies to increase the local presence  and visibility of The Prince’s Trust.  

 
This role is perfect for you if you are an experienced individual with an understanding of what influences funding agendas in the public sector. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to relate with personal credibility with senior personnel in the public, private and voluntary sectors.  

 

You will have excellent written communication skills, with the ability to develop detailed proposals, presentations and budgets.   You should also be able to demonstrate that you understand the challenges that face disadvantaged young people in their area and have good networks with key political and commercial players therein. You will also have an enthusiasm and passion for the work of The Prince’s Trust and a conviction to deliver high positive outcomes for the young people The Trust supports.
