The role of Evaluation Advisor is a new role, working under the guidance of the Head of Impact, to provide monitoring, evaluation and learning support to country teams throughout the project cycle, from project design to project closeout.  This role will support the Europe team on day-to-day M&E tasks, whilst providing advisory support to the other regional teams for employability and enterprise.  


This role is central in strengthening and scaling up our impact measurements, which will enable to assess progress, ensure quality and showcase good practice. The specific purpose of this role to support the Europe and Middle East team to strengthen impact measurements and processes across the enterprise and employability portfolio, as well as supporting global impact projects.


PTI is looking for an individual with a strong understanding of monitoring, evaluation and learning processes, experience working withing an evaluation team and support the development of new monitoring and evaluation systems at programmes and organisational level.
