The Prince’s Trust is seeking a dynamic leader to drive continued growth, innovation and impact across Philanthropic fundraising. A Director of Philanthropy with confidence in driving a high-performing team, raising upwards of £20m a year- with a flair for exceptional relationship building, and a passion for a cause that has the potential to unlock the next generation of futures.


You will nurture and support a team across the breadth of the UK- each managing a diverse portfolio of major donor relationships. You will inspire team members and senior influencers alike with an exciting strategy built upon sector-leading stewardship, innovative cultivation and sharp attention to impact. You will provide support to a sophisticated team managing a host of successful collective giving groups, regional and capital campaigns and be a leading strategist in the design and execution of a newly emerging philanthropic campaign, poised to raise £100m over the next 5 years.


Philanthropy has long played a key role in the income mix of The Trust- raising almost a third of its annual operating income. You will bring solid experience in financial reporting and diligence around meeting ambitious targets- weighting risk and opportunity appropriately. You will be a key member of our super supportive Senior Fundraising and Marketing Team- the engine room of the department!
