The Prince’s Trust Philanthropy Team have embarked on an exciting period of growth as we launch our new Funding Strategy in 2022 and start crucial work on our new philanthropic campaign, poised to raise £150m over the next 5 years. As a result, we are currently recruiting for a number of fantastic roles across the team that will help us to deliver against our ambitious goals.

Our Philanthropy Team is a crucial part of our Fundraising and Marketing Directorate and has long played a key role in income generation at The Trust. You will be joining a passionate and high-performing team, collectively responsible for raising upwards of £20m a year in support of our life-changing work for young people.

As a Collective Philanthropy Manager, you will need exceptional stakeholder management, a tenacity for new business, the ability to manage a large established portfolio of major donors and to be comfortable with a fast-paced fundraising environment. Your role will have a particular focus on the Women Supporting Women giving group at The Prince’s Trust, which has so far raised £8.4m, to help young women on Prince’s Trust programmes. You will manage your own portfolio of existing WSW donor relationships and prospects, and you will support the Head of Philanthropy in developing a long-term strategy for the group that meets The Trust’s equality, diversity and inclusion priorities.

Alongside this, you will support your Collective Philanthropy Team colleagues in their work with other giving groups including the Enterprise Fellowship, the Enterprise Network, and a brand new giving group.
