What We Do

WHAT WE DO

Building on the work of the Prince’s Trust, Prince’s Trust International was founded in 2015 with a mission to transform lives and build sustainable communities across the world. Our aim is to shape a better future for young people globally providing them with the skills and confidence to Live, Learn and Earn.

Since its inception, we have worked with more than 10,000 young people in Greece, Malta, India, Jordan, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, Australia, Canada and Pakistan to successfully enter work, education or training. 66% of our young people go into positive outcomes. We are currently launching more projects in Ghana, Rwanda, Kenya and Malaysia and scoping expansion in other regions.

Our aim is to reach 100,000 young people across the globe by 2024.

Programmes

By working together with local partners we hope to support young people in communities around the world to realise their potential through education, employability and enterprise. This is achieved by posting expert staff to assist with the delivery of initial pilot programmes, tailoring to the local need, and providing ongoing support to enable sustainable future delivery.

Our Programmes team covers programme scoping and support, project management, monitoring and evaluation and digital and design

Fundraising & MarComms

We have an ambitious fundraising target to raise £50 million over the next 5 years. The Fundraising team plays a critical role in growing a new pipeline of UHNW donors and grow other streams of donors and supporters.

Our Policy, Advocacy and Research team supports scoping in new regions and provides advice, expertise and programme delivery support to governments, NGOs and corporate partners around the world.

Our Marketing and Communications team is responsible for crafting strategies for marketing, social media, advertising, communications and creative plans on an international scale.

Support Functions

Acknowledging the need to provide expert guidance, advice and support to the core teams, we have dedicated staff in finance, human resources, legal, health, safety & security and safeguarding.

We also value the support of our colleagues in the Prince’s Trust with whom we share systems and wider support functions.
